1. CONTACT must be made within three (3) days after auction closing. I will contact eBay if I am unable to conclude the transaction with the high bidder within ten (10) days. If extenuating circumstances cause you to be unable to conclude this transaction within the specified timeframe, please contact me immediately and I will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
2. PAYMENT must be received within ten (10) days of auction closing, unless other prior arrangements are made. If payment is not received with in the ten (10) days, the item may be re-listed and the appropriate eBay actions will be taken. Paypal, money order, cashiers or personal check only. All payments must be made in US funds. A $25.00 return check fee will be charged for any returned check. Personal checks may be held for up to ten (10) days.
3. SHIPPING all items are shipped immediately after payment receipt, with the exception of personal checks. I use USPS as preferred method of shipping, but reserve the right to determine the most effective shipping method. I do not ship overnight unless expressly requested and paid for in advance by the winning bidder. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED UNLESS INSURANCE IS PURCHASED. All items are packaged to deter damage during shipping. Insurance is not automatically included on any shipment unless specifically noted in the auction. I NO LONGER USE USPS INSURANCE; I carry private insurance if desired at $1.30 for each $50.00 merchandise increment. Without exception all jewelry, fragile items or high dollar amount auctions will have insurance included in shipping cost - this is not negotiable. All international buyers must contact me for actual shipping cost.
